 Yellow Mountain Enterprisers is a licensed adult developmental and vocational programs facility and it is a member of the North Carolina Association of Rehabilitation Facilities. With its headquarters in Newland, NC, Yellow Mountain Enterprises offers individualized training and support for developmentally challenged adults in vocational preparation and placement; personal and community life skills; cognitive, communication and motor skills among other things. Recently Yellow Mountain Enterprises brought a crew to Beech Mountain Resort to clean-up leaves, fallen twigs and branches, and other yard work. They spent over a week working around the resort village and did a fantastic job with a huge smile on everyone's face that was with the crew. Thanks to Yellow Mountain Enterprises for the great job!
Good snowmaking weather is in the forecast...Cold temperatures should continue through the week of November 15-22. We are anticipating an early opening this season with hopes of being able to get our season started on Novenber 22nd...Get your skis and boards ready because the ski season is not far off...Think snow!!
